Description

Mid 20th century French Peugeot Freres pepper mill with silver plate and glass body, with exotic wood knob to handle.
Peugeot Freres has been making pepper and coffee mills since 1852, and their mechanism is recognised as the best the world over. This design works perfectly, and is designed to go from kitchen to dining table effortlessly. Very stylish.
It operates by turning the handle on top which grinds the pepper corns. It is very comfortable to hold, and the silver plate is quite a thick gauge.
Size-4 inches high by 2 1/8 inches in diameter.
A very stylish pepper mill in very good condition.
