It is our goal to get your order delivered to you quickly and in optimal condition, having spent the least amount of time in transit as possible. We are very experienced in organising safe shipment of antiques of all sizes to destinations all over the world* (*shipments to the Russian Federation, China, and Saudi Arabia are not possible at this time). Worldwide insured packing and shipping can be arranged as necessary. We are happy to secure quotes for you. The choice of shipper is dependent on the location of the item, the country location, item size, and customer requirements. This is assessed individually and is dependent on the size of the item. From the UK we use Royal Mail services, Special Delivery, private courier services and specialist antique shipping companies that we have previously used successfully. For items shipping from the USA, we use the US Postal Service, and private courier services as well as antique shipping companies.

It is important to be aware that shipments to and from certain countries can attract customs fees. If custom charges are applied to a parcel, this is at the discretion of the customs service of the country the parcel is being sent to, and we have no control over these charges. All international taxes/duties and customs charges are payable by the customer who will be contacted directly by the delivery service for payment prior to delivery to your address. We always prefer to use services that can be tracked to the destination, and all items are fully insured for the purchase price unless the customer requests a less comprehensive service.

Within the UK, transport of large and heavy items can also be arranged by us as a customer service using either our own courier or alternate experienced antique shippers. Outside the UK, large items are shipped via road, sea or air as appropriate. If crating is required or large pieces, we can organise that for you. We are also happy to co-ordinate arrangements for you if you wish to provide your own shipping selection. Collection may be possible depending on location of item. Individual delivery quotations will be given upon request.
