London 1822 English hallmarked solid silver Georgian period solid silver long handled condiment or mustard spoon with heavy weight and gauge and very clear hallmarks.
Made by John Meek in the fiddle pattern, with nice egg shaped bowl having the original pale gilding.
Initials BMP or GMP to stem.
Size-5 1/8 inches long by 1 inch wide overall. Bowl is 1 5/8 inches long by 1 inch wide.
Weight-20 grams.
With some light scratching to the gilding, this is in very good condition overall, and will compliment any serving piece or pattern.
