C1820 Regency mahogany cellarette
Circa 1820 unusual Regency flame figured mahogany cellarette over cupboard with two panelled doors. Rising flat top of cellarette opens to reveal 10 original divided compartments for wine and liquor bottles or decanters, with balance and drinking glasses to be stored in cupboard. With ivory escutheons and original key. Original brass handles to sides.
Wonderful colour and patination, and in very good condition.

19th century Victorian lovely serpentine fronted burr walnut credenza or sideboard with the original serpentine shaped marble top.
19th century Victorian lovely serpentine fronted burr walnut credenza with original serpentine shape marble top, and arched mirrored doors to front.
Stylish and elegant shaped cabinet with distinctive and beautiful figuring to the grain, with rich depth of colour. The whole front of the cabinet is serpentine shaped, which is a very attractive and desirable style. The arch topped mirrored doors are lovely, and are accented by leafy carvings over the top of each. The sides of the front are further accented by carved corbels to top which are repeated at the bottom.
The interior is divided by one large shelf, and provides plenty of room for storage, including deep and high items.
The original lock and key are present.
This would make a great sideboard, or drinks cabinet, and the highly sought after colour will blend with any other woods. It can also be used in any room or hall, with the mirrors relecting the light and interesting views or pieces and visually expanding the room.
Size-48.5 inches long by 17.5 inches deep by 35.5 inches high.
A fine example of a credenza, with beautiful colour, grain and patina, and the marble top and mirror glass are also in very good condition.
The marble top removes for transport.
It is presented in very good condition overall, and is ready for immediate use.

Very good quality set of 8 carved mahogany dining chairs.
Lovely set of 8 carved mahogany balloon back chairs of generous size with overstuffed serpentine seats and carved back and top rails. They stand on beautifully turned legs.
Size-34.5 inches high overall. 18 inch high seat. Width is 19 inches, while depth if 17 inches.
With very good colour and patina, and neutral upholstery, these are a great set of chairs, that will blend with any wood table.

C1830 William IV period stunning solid mahogany elegant centre pedestal sofa table or dining table with excellent size and proportions.
Circa 1830 stunning English William IV period solid (not veneered) mahogany very versatile table with two drop leaves, and one false and one working frieze drawer. The whole stands on a superb spiral twist carved and turned pedestal over four carved and splayed legs with original fluted brass capped feet and castors.
Size is 41 inches wide by 52 inches long when open, and about 24 inches when flaps are down. Height is 28.5 inches.
It is an excellent size for dining, with the centre pedestal causing no interference with chairs and legs. It also makes a wonderful sofa table, or one for occasional use.
An excellent example of the period, very elegant and stylish, with beautiful colour and patination, and in very good condition, ready to use in any room.

20th century set of 8 vintage Georgian style mahogany dining chairs comprising 2 carvers and 6 singles. One example of each is pictured.
Lovely curved and pierced backs over neutral drop in damask upholstered seats, terminating on tapered legs. The carvers have graceful curving arms.
The pale to medium colour complements any table, and the quality is superb.
Very sturdy, elegant and comfortable seating.
Size-37 inches high by 21 inches wide. Carver is 17 inches deep and singles are 16 inches deep. All are 18 inches high from floor to seat.

19thC English Victorian period Japanned and mother of pearl inlaid spectacular workbox/table, featuring inlaid cockerel design.
19th century English Victorian period Japanned (a layering technique developed in 18th century England) beautifully matched mother of pearl inlaid work table on stand, having overall stunning chinoiserie decoration of cockerels, bamboo and flowers. The rising lid reveals a fitted interior for sewing accoutrement or jewellery. Some sections are covered, while others are open. The top tray lifts out to reveal more storage below. Below that is a slide out basket with original silk bag (this is often missing from such tables).
The whole stands on carved legs and terminates on scroll supports.
The mother of pearl decoration appears on all sides, back, legs, underside of lid and on the fitted interior as well. The decoration on all sides allows it to stand in the centre of room if desired.
In complete and original very good condition. It is unlikely that you will ever see another.
Approx. 19 inches wide by 13 inches deep by 29.5 inches high.
A truly lovely and unusual piece, as well as a functional one.

The lovely carved backs are surmounted with a top rail that gently curves into scroll ends. The pierced backs are very stylish and comfortable.
The seats are generous in size, making them suitable for men as well as women. The chairs stand on square chamfered legs united by stretchers, making them quite sturdy.
Great colour and patination, and in very good condition.

Wonderful 19th century mahogany breakfront chiffonier with beautiful flame veneers and fabulous style.
Simply elegant, and very stylish 19th century mahogany chiffonier with break front and very striking beautifully matched flame veneers.
The crossbanded top is surmounted with a rectangular panelled back supported by scroll and leaf carved supports. Two drawers are hidden in the frieze section below, which stands over a two door cupboard divided by an interior shelf.
The cabinet is further enhanced with panelled arch topped doors, and columns to the side accented with leaf carved capitals. The whole stands on bun feet and has a working lock and key.
The colour, grain and patina is lovely.
Size-45.75 inches wide by 14 inches deep by 37 inches high to top surface or 42.5 inches high including gallery.
This is a very good quality elegant and stylish very well figured piece. It is very useful for serving, storage or as a sideboard for any room. It will blend with any décor and other furnishings.

Very nice quality William IV period mahogany circular dining or centre table.
Lovely William IV period fine figured mahogany circular tilt top dining or centre table with carved gadrooned edges. It stands on an octagonal panelled centre pedestal on tripod stand having claw feet and castors.
The beautifully carved edges to the table top, as well as the wonderful figuring to the mahogany make this table stand out in any room.
Size-50 inches diameter by 28 inches high.
This lovely table can either be used permanently open, or can tilt up out of the way when necessary. It makes very comfortable seating for six people or eight in a pinch, or can be used as a lovely centre table in a large hall or room.
